   Refunds

   We do not offer refunds on any purchase.
   However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item from our side, a refund will be processed after inspection.

   Exchanges
   We offer exchanges only if the issue is from our side (incorrect size delivered, damaged

   item, wrong product, etc.).
   We do not offer exchanges if:

• You selected the wrong size

• You changed your mind

• The product is perfectly fine but you want to swap it

  Conditions for Exchange (if applicable):

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

• Request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order

• Proof of purchase and clear pictures must be provided How to Request
