Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchase.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item from our side, a refund will be processed after inspection.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if the issue is from our side (incorrect size delivered, damaged items, wrong product, etc.).
We do not offer exchanges if:
- You selected the wrong size
- You changees your mind
- The product is perfectly finr but you want to swap it
Conditons for Exchange (if applicable):
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase and clear pictures must be provided
